Information: | Thomas was born 15 April 1882 in Clonbrin, Abbeyshrule, and was one of a large family of brothers and sisters, including his brother Alexander, who also served in WW1 with the Leinster Regiment (No. 9270). Thomas enlisted in Glasgow, Scotland but was killed in action at Gallipoli aged 33 years. Thomas was also a relative of Gnr Robert Mills, who was killed in action in 1917. |
