Information: Thomas enlisted at Longford in May 1915, aged 28. Although living in Rathcline House at the time of enlistment, his attestation papers state that his birth parish was Killoe, Co. Longford. His overseas service was primarily in France. After the war he was transferred to the Army Reserves in 1919.
Parents Names: Son of George and Catherine Geoffroy, originally of Edgeworthstown, Co. Longford. His George is listed as a farmer and hotel-keeper in the 1911 Census.
