Information:	William Norman was born in Killashee, Co. Longford on 7 January 1872. He married his wife Winnefred c.1903 and had one daughter, Ellen, named after his mother, in 1910. He enlisted in Boyle, Co. Roscommon.

Notes:	It would appear that sadly by 1915 Pte. Norman's daughter Ellen appears to have passed away, as no children were included in the Register of Soldier's Effects.
