Information: | William was born in Co. Longford, possibly on or around 15 Jun 1879 on Chapel Lane. He married Annie Doherty on the 9 October 1912 in Longford. At the time of enlistment William and Annie had two sons, Patrick (b.1914) and James (b.1916). William enlisted in August 1917 at Longford. He was discharged on medical grounds in February 1919. |
