Information:

Patrick was born in Rathduff* near Moate on the 29 June 1879. His father, also called Patrick, was a collier. Patrick married Mary Murray at Mount Temple on the 10 November 1903, and they went on to have a number of children. 

Patrick enlisted with the Leinster Regiment in Longford, but was killed in action at the beginning of the German Spring Offensive of 1918.

Parents Names: Son of Patrick Cunningham and Ellen (née Daly), Rathduff, Mount Temple, Moate, Co. Westmeath.
Notes: *Patrick's attestation suggests that he was born in Longford, but this appears to have been an error, possibly with the original transcription.
